Ample automatically exposes food for B2B sellers and buyers. We automate the logistics and marketing to ensure no food is wasted. If food becomes unsuitable for human consumption our system finds alternative uses including energy, agriculture and animal feed.

How It All Started
Ample started after its three founders met while working in the charity sector. Steve, Mark, and Matt shared a deep-seated passion for combating food waste. Fueled by a shared vision, they embarked on a journey to create something impactful. In the ensuing months, their dedication and shared purpose coalesced into the birth of Ample, a smart marketplace designed to support a fairer food system in the UK. Grounded in their commitment to making a difference, the trio set out to forge a platform where anyone could find a purpose for the food that had yet to find a home.
